I ordered Lucas’ Formula Milk from Costco.ca. Everything was good and they process my order promptly. The courier that will deliver my package was @ups_canada. I called them since yesterday to provide a delivery instruction but they said I have to call on the day of the delivery. So I called again today, provided a specific instruction to use the side door, ring the doorbell and if no one is home leave the package. I called again around quarter to 7 just to check the status they said its coming etc etc. Then I received a notification that the package was delivered and left at the front door. I’m like what the fuck, they didn’t follow my delivery instructions. So I run to the front door and nope my package is not there. I called @ups_canada and they can’t even rectify the issue they wanted me to call Costco and let Costco handle the problem. Costco on the other hand was very helpful and will send me a replacement package. Geez @ups_canada really? Its so ridiculous that some people can’t do their job. You only have one job UPS delivery guy and you screwed that up. And to whoever who stole my package I hope you’ll choke on my sons formula milk. I just want to dracarys or avada kedavra some people.
